Infusion day at a glance

At least 60 minutes before your infusion, you will receive a combination of medications commonly used to reduce the risk of infusion-related reactions (IRRs).

Receiving the ONPATTRO® (patisiran) infusion takes about 80 minutes.

Receiving ONPATTRO:

Your infusion will take about 80 minutes. Consider bringing a book or some other activity you enjoy to help pass the time. During your infusion, consider using the ONPATTRO Journal and Personal Planner to write about how you’re feeling during treatment.

After you’ve received your infusion, you may be monitored in case you have any reactions to ONPATTRO® (patisiran).
